Coty and Kosé have concluded a licensing agreement regarding the manufacture and distribution in Japan of Rimmel, a cosmetic brand owned by Coty. Kosé will both import Rimmel products made in the UK, and also initiate production based on the licensing agreement, with a launch in the Japanese market of September 2006.
